In partnership with ServicePlan, Europe's largest independent Ad Agency, we created a hybrid experiential project meant to generate greater empathy for asylum seekers crossing the Mediterranean. Filmed with volunteers in a fully controlled WAVE POOL the completed film was shown prior to mainstream films in theaters throughout Germany.
Paired with a strong social media campaign targeting German politicians, the project ultimately served as an important tool in encouraging a generous immigration policy for those fleeing war and privation. Funds raised with the project were donated directly to the non-profit Sea Watch, the rescue organization at the heart of our film LIFEBOAT.
